CHANGES & RETURNS

Every product is unique, you won’t find two items that are the same. You can return item purchased through within 20 days after arrival.

Just ship the goods back to our warehouse and we will process the return in our system. Please add the number of order (you can check it on your confirmation email), it will make it much easier for us. As soon as we receive the product you will get a new coupon to purchase another different product for the same amount, the one will expire after 6 months. In case of return, Zocco won’t cover shipping cost.

PRODUCT IMPERFECTIONS

All of our products have been hand made with time and love. As any artesanal product could have its imperfections, so if you have any inquiries just let us know and we will help.

Your bag might come with a scratch or a small spot, don’t worry; this is normal and part of the natural artisan process. We consider any scratch or mark that is visible to be beautiful but feel free to contact us if there’s any imperfection you would like to mark.

The photos we use on our website are intended to be as closely matched as possible to the true product, however due to the natural process in which our leathers are tanned en dyed in Morocco the colors can vary from time to time.

SHIPPING

After buying the product you choose on the web ZOCCO will send the products as quickly as possible. It will take 5 days for your order to arrive. (Spain and Portugal) If you want to make an order from any other country, please email us previously and we will manage your order and next steps.

This timing could change in case of any new conditions in the mailing company, weekends or holiday.

The orders are sent on Mondays and Wednesdays. The orders made during the rest of the week, weekends or holidays will be sent in the respective following shipping day. Shipping costs are 5,00€ to Spain and Portugal.
